For the adventuresome, Blue Light Grill & Raw Bar gives a playful spin to traditional southeast Asian food: a Spicy Tuna Roll with Beurre Blanc; Grilled Big Eye Tuna with a Pineapple-Kimchi Springroll and Pineapple Nuoc Cham; a Deconstructed Oyster Po’ Boy accompanied by a Cucumber and Red Pepper Sambal and Black Pepper Crème Fraiche.
We demand that our seafood—whether salmon from Norway, mussels from Prince Edward Island, or Dungeness crab from Oregon—is of the highest quality, and we don’t compromise. Many of the other ingredients that we use, from our homemade bacon to our spinach linguini, comes from local farmers and artisan providers. With an extensive wine list that favors boutique labels from around the world, we offer an exceptional selection of wines by the bottle or the glass.
